Just Breathe

“Many assume that the process of breathing is only about your physical nature.

But that is not the case.

The process of breathing is more than an essential function of the physical body.

IT IS THE FLOWING OF SPIRIT TO YOU AND THROUGH YOU.

In the same way that a complete understanding of electricity is unnecessary in order to flip the switch and receive the benefit of it, you do not need to understand the complex inner workings of your physical body.

You only need to understand the simple process by which you allow your intelligent cells to do their work.

And it all begins with the simple focusing upon your breathing to “flip the switch” of absolute physical well-being.

Say “I will relax now, to allow communication between my body and my Source. My only work is to relax and breathe.”

Meditation accomplishes the higher vibration every time you do it.

Meditation is the closest process to quantum-leaping that we know.

And we know, some of you are adversed to (meditation), only in the sense that you want more CONTROL, than it seems to give you.

And, there is a little giving up of control, on your way to ULTIMATE control!

DEEP BREATHING is a BIG part of your WELL-BEING.

It is the current that carries the vitality to the cells.

And so, the MORE you are breathing, the MORE you are THRIVING.
